About Me: Alexander Sproul

 Hi, My names Alexander Sproul I am a Political Science student at Oregon State University and splitting time at Linn Benton Community College.  I have always had a strong grasp on history and social sciences and enjoy learning more about how society run's itself.  This is what prompted me to take this marketing class, specifically my interest in how people are driven to consume and produce based on marketing around products and services. I absolutely love to play lacrosse and have been playing for around 5 years now.  My favorite sport to watch however is Baseball, I am a die-hard Red Sox fan and love every second of the regular and postseason.  I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family whenever I get the chance.

Breakdown On Cracker Barrel's Social Media (Tik Tok and Instagram)

     In this blog post I will be taking a look at cracker barrel.  I believe it would have some interesting customer-PR interactions.       Cracker Barrel's value proposition is a "friendly home-away-from-home" old American style restaurant "all at a fair price".  Their mission statement is "pleasing people" and they provide people with home-style food and shopping from clothes to furniture.        I spent around 15 minutes each looking through the posts and comments on both instagram and Tik Tok and actually had a hard time finding negative comments, except for one... A user on Tik Tok by the name of @Shark1833 had commented on a Cracker Barrel Tik Tok about their fried items they serve stating that "I never was seated to experience this".  Cracker Barrel followed that comment up with a check in saying "We're sorry to hear that.
